Select ONE. If Loin Roast selected, choose size below. If Chops or Cutlets selected, choose thickness & number per package below.
A whole pig will typically have two 3 to 4 pound roasts.
1/2″ to 3/4″ is normal
Select One. If Pork Steaks are selected, please choose thickness & number per package below.
1/2″ to 3/4″ is normal
Select ONE. If Ham Roasts (Cured OR Fresh) are selected, please chose Roast Size. If Ham Steaks are selected, please choose thickness & number per package below. If you would like both Ham Roasts AND Ham Steaks, please request in “Additional Instructions” field below.
